How do I change the z-Axel in Mach3.....

Hi,
I have Mach3 ver 3.41 and I need to know wher In the setup I can change the Z - axel.
In the G-code it's G-1.0000 and my Z axel go upp and this is wrong...

I whant to change so the Z-axel go down with G-1.0000...  ???and up with G1.0000

Please let me know how I do this... Thank's
