I'll apologize up front for a repeat from the "Show'n'Tell" forum. Phyzx (www.phyzx.co.uk) have produced 'another' CNC router based upon the MACH3 software. All the info on the web-site so no need to repeat the details.
On a totally separate matter, which probably shouldn't be here, but does relate in so far that there are other 'pre-g-code' utilities in this forum, I know someone (a "softie") who I have interested in developing an isolation milling routine. Are most MACH3 users 'mechanical' or are there any interested "PCB" hobby users who have machines capable of cutting a PCB (+/- 5 thou)?
