The mistake i made was to not try out the Newfangled wizards.
Today I sat down and gave them a try and they are fantastic.
Really easy to use, and great from the fact that they are built into Mach3.
These are a good cheap alternative to a Cam package.

You are VERY welcome! They are a tool that the guy's at the shop use all the time. It was made to make learning CNC a bit simpler and has given me many gray hairs... having said that could you test the new shape wizard for me? I know it is working in inch but I have not tested it in metric... I think I have it right... I think I am going to have to do an other XML for my mill that is all set up in metric. The trouble is getting the metric bits! They are $$$$ here in the US Sad
