Any one use brains to read four  inputs as binary from a Pport and decoding it to act as 10 or so inputs?

I'm just thinking of using the Pport instead of adding a PLC.

Hey Dennis,

I have enclosed and example Brain that does what you want, it will look at the four OEM Inputs 1-4, and then depending on thier states 0 or 1, then by using passthough or inverts and an And block it will turn on an Output (you can put what you want here instead). Being it is 4 bits your max will be 16 combinations).
They key to it, is the order and number of passthroughs and inverts that you use.

both the Brain and screen shot is enclosed.

Scott
