Hey all,
Just looking around at commercial CNC controls. I looked at Fanuc low end CNC, and Fagor low end for lathe or mill.
I did not want to inquire directly for a price so I thought that I might get a rough idea here amongst the brilliant ones.
For what I do, Mach and & $150 per axis is perfect, but I was just wondering what the price differential is between "US" and the big boys.
Fanuc or Fagor,
3 axis with spindle motor,
Complete package.   Roughly, how much $ $ $ ?
Just curious,
RC

A Fanuc tech hinted to me it would cost roughly 10,000 an axis. I don't know what size servo, machine, etc. he was thinking. The conversation led to me asking after telling him about Mach. I would love to get a reliable quote myself.

Thanks Brett,
Here's a little tidbit I found for Fagor.
I checked with Fanuc and am awaiting a reply.
