Hello!
Please find my problem
I use Mach3 and G100 the Mach3 input are configured like that:
XHOME port 1 pin 17
YHOME port 1 pin 18
ZHOME port 1 pin 19

In this case the origins machine works very well, if I add
X+ + port 1 pin 17
Y+ + port 1 pin 18
Z+ + port 1 pin 19

When the machine made the Z-axis origins, the machine going on ZHOME then emerges ZHOME ( so OK), then the Y axis go on YHOME and a this moment nothing happening mach3 seems block but does not errors I must to do a RESET and then mach3 indicates the error limit switch triggered and what’s normal.

I have try many time but no result, Thanks a lot

Ps: the emulated hotkey is not active

Try going to the diagnostics page and ref. each axis one at the time and see how that works. Have you looked at the G100 set up guide in the tutorials, documents section?

Thanks for your answer. I think I have followed the G100 instructions’handbook to do the installation. I enclose my diagnosis screen capture when the machine stops and at this moment  Mach3 seems to do nothing else ( Z is OK).

Thanks.
Regards.

Did you try to refrence each axis by themselves, one at the time like I said in the earlier post?

Hello
I will try again tomorrow but I think at the time of my last reference tests there is only Z which is working.
