Does anyone happen to know if the G100 is compatible with 100Base-T cable ports? I can get the Grex Loader to find the g100 on my main pc that has a built-in 10/100Base ethernet but I can't seem to get it to work on my 100Base pc.

I tried running the G100.m3p w/ each of the filies added to the mach3 dir separately (3720 for 10Base and 3750 for 100Base) but it doesn't seem to make a difference for me.

I am able to ping the grex successfully however I am unable to locate it with the Grex-Loader.

 Any ideas?

Open the Grex loader, do not try to find yet. Cycle power to the G100, as soon as you power it back up, start clicking on the find Grex radio button in about 2-3 second increments. It will time out in about 10 seconds. If it you don't find it within 10 seconds, 2-3 clicks, start this over. If you don't find it in 3 times as described, let me know.

Thanks for the information... I was able to get it working after some more effort. Apparently the 100mbit port was irrelevant.

Not exactly sure what I did to make it work since I tried a lot of things including installing a service pack update for win2k (sp4). One thing I do remember though is that when it finally found the grex with the loader the network was set to DHCP rather than a statically assigned ip. I had no problem after that and was able to flash the grex and now it's registering in Mach so all is good. Wink

 Thanks again!
