I have the same problem, the Table Display shows a work area much larger than my machines actual travel! (13.875x14.875)
This makes all my parts & tool paths no larger than a 1/2"x1/2" thumb nail!
The table window is useless!
How can this Tool table window be calibrated to represent the size of my machine?

The table view is set by your soft limits settings so set them up from Config Menu, Homing and Limits.
Assuming a conventional machine setup....
The X and Y Min will be zero
The Z Max will be Zero
The X and Y Max will be the travel of each axis
The Z Min will be the travel of the Z in a negative value.
You will really need Home switches for this or you will have to move to the X and Y fully negative and Z fully positive and then press RefAll if you dont have Home switches.
The reason you need to Home is so that Mach knows where it is in relation to your axis positions.

Oh maybe also worth mentioning, clicking on the Display button and then pressing Regen will toggle between Table Display and Part Display.
