Is it possible to integrate this card in Mach?

http://www.futurlec.com/PCI8255.shtml

a lot of problems may be solved - tool changers, spindle gearbox etc.

Or maybe there already is similar card integrated?

Oscar

Problems solved.
We bought OEM industrial machining center CNC with integrated PLC and now everything looks good. I think in one month I will have something to show you. Of course this is not cheap way for home desktop mill/lathes but to retrofit industrial grade Mazak machining center - acceptable way to go. We also changed all motors and drives. Including spindle motor with drive.  Good value for invested money. As soon as we will finish I will post a short report about used electronic and cost.

Regards,
Oscar

p.s. Now Mach will go to plasma cutter. Mach - best value for invested money ;-)
