How do I change the order of bitmaps?

Can I change the order of bitmaps that are on top of each other, e.g. if I have 3 bitmaps on top of each other, can I alter which one is at the front, and which one is at the back?
You can see from the attached pic as to why I want to achive this, currently I'm just inserting the top one 1st, middle one second and back one last.
But after I alter things and delete a bitmap, it becomes painful.
Thoughts?

This is a know bug that Art is aware of. I dont think he has the answer for this problem yet.
You would be better to create one big bitmap that is made up of all the smaller bitmaps.

Because the last bmp you place on the page appears under the others, you could try and reverese the order you plave them into the designer.
