Well I recently completed a guide for integrating the Sound Logic break out board with Glentek Inc. products. This guide has information about stepper versus servo motors as well as advantages and disadvantages of brushless versus brush-type motors. This guide is meant to assist people in learning more about servo motors and drives. I would encourage you to look at this guide.
