A couple of my machines that will go out with MACH3 or EMC2 OS in the future!
Unibody sheet metal box type base construction, no welded frame!
Laminated aluminum table top, 25 mm timing belt drive for fast and silent action. DC servos with planetary gear box reduction (Helical gears)
ABBA linear guide rails!
Rigid enough for a 5HP router also with either a rack and pinior or ball screw drives.

I am sorry, but the machines have been shipped and I never made a video.. but I have a video from a twin head large glue applicator that was built to be part of a production line in a door manufacturing plant.
