Good Evening Ron, I was using the cut circle wizard today and noticed a quirk. As the bit is leading into the circle just before it starts to cut the radius it does a little jog out of the circle leaving a small dimple cut about .020 deep. It does it on every pass at the same spot. Could you check it out? Thanks Terry Parker

Can you tell me more- what dia cicrle, what tool dia, did you select inside or outside circle?

I suspect this is a function of the tool radius comp, related to your tool size and circle dia.

Hi ROn,

2.750" dia Circle
3/8 bit 3 flute carbide
inside cut
cw rotation
conventional cut


I use it again today with a different setup and it worked fine?Huh?  (;-) TP
