I searched this theme, but cannot look for it well.
Three switches give "an XYZ" axis permission.
A jog dial pulse generator worked by hand gives a pulse of an A,B aspect.
A device takes in a signal and operates an internal counter and
operates an outside stepping motor at the same time.
I control it I detect a limit and exceed it, and not to work.
Can I demand this movement from MACH?

Hi apollonono
Not sure really what you are asking but was also wondering if you are using Mach3 or Quantum as you have posted in the Quantum forum.
If you are meaning that you have a MPG set up and you can jog to a limit then cant jog back off?  What you need to do is go to the settings page and enable the "Auto Limit Override", this will allow you to jog back off a limit. Care should be taken though as you have to make sure you jog the correct direction.
It might also be a good idea to set up soft limits as this will stop you from jogging to the physical limit and so will stop you from having to re-reference.

I am sorry that I work as a lot of questions.
My sphere of life is not English.
A sentence condensed tightly equals setting operation diagram of MACH.
What I am difficult and understand precisely even if it catches it like a puzzle and a quiz for me and friends is difficult.

For example, the following doubt is left even if I try to read.

Can you set a limitation of a movement domain "config->homing/limits" here?

Possess a computer with a serial cable when I set it "config->General Config->Sirial Output" here, and is it operated outside machinery?
Are they what kind of machinery or "serieses of command?"

Can "config->ports&pins->port setup & axis selection->port#2" this apply to "parallel port" or "a serial port"?

Is this "config->ports&pins->port setup & axis selection->Encoder/MPG's" encoder only for "feedback" of a drive shaft?

Can I give an order with "an exclusive encoder" without doing "jog" operation with an indication screen?

I thank you in hope of I consider it so that I can trace it from a screen, and ordering operation. Huh

Homing and limits sets your limits of travel.

Parallel port

The encoder settings will work for feedback of a drive shaft.

Not sure what you are asking here either. You can set up a MPG and control any axis with it. Press your tab key and the MPG screen will come up. You can press different buttons and watch your DROs while turning the MPG.

I hope this helps. What language do you speak?

I use Japanese.
It is possible somehow to read while translating English, but it is very difficult to express it.
I think that next is the answer that I looked for.

I connect a pulse outbreak dial worked by hand to MACH by a method of something.
When I push "TAB" on a screen, "MPG" screen is displayed.
When "any kind of key had operation in the state", I understood it.
Position information and a gap of the MACH inside occur and are very inconvenient when I connect a direct pulse generator to an outside motor screwdriver.
It brings a convenient result that I input a pulse signal into direct MACH.
My wish, this style be expressed definitely. Roll Eyes

I tried to use "TAB" at once.
It appeared on a screen and was able to operate it freely.
I like a substantial pulse generator worked by hand.
I freeze near a machine and operate axial choice SW and can operate a pulse generator, too?

(I contributed it to a tree to ask for of a quantum by mistake.)
) which I misunderstood when there was this item by "a question"

Still not really sure what you are asking Sad
Do you need to know how to connect a MPG to Mach?
