Scale buttons don't work anymore

Hi ,I used Mach3 v2.0010 and when I clicked on Scale buttons from MDI panel they presented a panel where I could modify the scale for some axis. At a point they stopped working and I can't input a new scale .
The G51 works fine only the buttons don't ....and the same problem is for axis rotation .
I uninstalled that version and installed v2.0060 . The same problem .
Any idea?

Have you unchecked "Auto Calculator" under the Operator menu?

That will make it look different. 

Though you can still change the values.  You must hit enter after to make it take effect.
