    HI ALL,
I THOUGHT I WOULD SHOW RETROFIT,86 HURCO KM3P,DELL 1000-15 ELO TOUCHSCREEN WATERPROOF KEYBOARD ,MACH3 G100,RUTEX 2010S,90 VOLT DC BRUSH,LINEAR SCALES ON X AND Y,INSTEAD OF ENCODERS,3 HP DC SPEED CONTROL SPINDLE MOTOR
220 VOLT SINGLE PHASE,I HAVE ABOUT 80 HOURS OF RUN TIME ON IT NOW,G100 WORKS GREAT AND I LOVE THE LINEAR SCALE
INPUTS THE G-REX HAS IT IS GREAT IN TUNING THE AMPLIFIERS,IT SHOWS REAL TABLE MOVEMENT NOT WERE THE MACH. THINKS IT IS
AND DOES NOT SEEM TO LOOSE ANY STEPS,MOVING OUT WEST IN JULY ;   THIS MACHINE WILL PROBABLY BE FOR SALE IN MID-MAY OR EARLY JULY,

Looks good Patrick,
    I love the rods too. That was the first job I did on my retro. Hot rod tractor rods out of tool steel. Could you shrink the pics down to 600 wide?

 I RAN MACHINE ABOUT 100 HOURS BEFORE(,DOING ENGRAVING,3D COUNTOURING WOOD AND ALUMINUM,) Wink G100 WITH SAME AMPS ETC, I AM JOURNEYMEN PATTERNMAKER BY TRADE 17 YEARS
ABOUT 10 PROGRAMING CNC AND CAD CAM,I DESIGNED IN RHIN0 3.0 AND GOT LINES AND ARC INTERSECTION POINTS AND MANUALLY
PROGRAMMED PROFILE OUTSIDE ETC.TOOK ABOUT 30 HOURS OF RUN TIME TO DO 4 RODS

Wow Patrick, they look great. Much better than the ones I did. Although I gave the customer what they wanted, I like yours a lot better.

Here is a link to mine, close to the bottom. I ran the outside profile for a friend who only has manual machines. He is a very good machinest, just hard headed. If he wasn't so hard headed, I would have talked him into some retrofits. Grin

I THINK THE MODERATOR SRINK PICTURES ,I DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THE PICTURE STUFF,I WANT TO SEE YOUR MACHINE AND PARTS
