Will a Galil DMC-1040 (ISA card) work with the Galil mach plugin?

From what I read, only the 18xx and 2********* series are covered. Is that right?

Thanks,

From what I recall reading in the past, only the PCI cards are fast enough. Brian can answer better, though.

Brian I acquired a Galil 1842 PCI card and the interconnect breakout board. But it came with no instructions. I want it to work with mach3. So I know I need the Galil plugin for mach3. So I take it that I will need the driver for the board from Galil and then after the board is installed let windows locate the board and the driver. Is that all there is to it?
