An Email alert would be nice.

In Mach3 we have an "email alert" (M3 call home) that emails you on ERROR or Program end.

Just a thought, (;-) TP

A Load file from picture is nice at times. That is also a working Mach3 function that works VERY well with Sheetcam.

A function for printing the tool table and fixture table.  OR just Export the table to a text file THEN we can print it in notepad from there. also the Test file could be imported into you CAM program.

Also an import function to import tool tables from CAM

Those are  working Mach3 functions as well.

HIYA Steve just so you know that I am not pulling on your leg here is a picture of the tool table and you can SEE it does have an entry for the Slot#. Then IF it has a value will link the Slot# to the Tool# without having to physically swap the tool and UPdate the values all the time.

Easy Peasy, (;-)TP

Mach 4 is missing "A-rotations enabled" so that rotary toolpaths can be properly backplot in the toolpath viewer.

"CV distance tolerance" and "stop CV on angles >" parameters are missing from mach4

Any chance of allowing DRO's to be on top of the toolpath, or somehow embedded in the toolpath window?

It would be great if  will add three very important functions for plasma cutting system.
1. Switch off possibility of THC Automatic voltage control (AVC) on the end of  cut and set the distanse to the end of cut.
2. Switch off AVC just before corner and switch it On after passing the corner.
3. Switch off AVC on holes with small radius.
For both function add software bool variable in Mach4 variables, for example bool THC_AVC and then if(THC_AVC == false) disable AVC else enable AVC
Thanks!

Those are Plasma functions that should be controlled at the CAM side. The machine side is just suppose to follow the gcode BUT without pauses in motion when Mcodes does switching.
