Mastercam 5 Axis postprocessor

Hello All,
I have 5 axis homemade CNC router countroled by Mach3 and I use Mastercam X4,So I need postprocessor for 5 axis generating (XYZAB) nc file.

Have you contacted Mastercam for a postprocessor?
