i have tryed on all 3 of my computers and it locks up every time.
is there a file i can open or some other way than the pdf?

Just downloaded and it opened fine here so dont think there is a problem with the document. Dont know of it being in any other format I am afraid. Maybe try using foxit to see if that helps?

Its a pdf reader, its  a free download, just do a google for it and you should find it.
