Q1:  How do you increase the search travel for DoButton(22) ?

Q2: Is there a limit of the search Travel ?

My X Axis has 32 inches of travel.  If I use DoButton(22) to home the X, sometimes it stops before reaching Home.  This only happens when I am at the far end of the table.  Any Ideas ?

Thanks

Sounds to me like you are getting noise and Mach is thinking the axis has homed. Next time it happens check to see if the X axis Homed LED has turned green, if it has then that is your problem.

I was thinking that too.  But it is very repeatable, I will need to measure at what distance it starts to fail.

Wasn't sure if there was a max travel when homing or if this was time driven.

Thanks

It will continue until it sees the signal from the switch. If its not noise it could be vibration triggering the switch but as said the LED going green and machine coords being set will let you know for sure if that is what is happening.
