what breakout board?

Hi to all
I need a breakout board that be able to accept 6 axis encoders and 6 limit switch and with a touch probe
Can you please help me to know what breakout beard can do my request?
I don't need this breakout board give me a signal for control a motor.
I am wait for our reply.

A C10 on LPT2 would read the encoders.

The question is the speed at which you need to read the encoders, the available I/Os for other functions, and what other functions your control will need.
You can take take care of the speed consideration by using the Smooth Stepper:

If you are really short in I/Os, then consider the Ethernet Smooth Stepper with 3 ports:

If you need a lot of functions, then consider a multifunction breakout board, maybe the C32 or C23 could be good options, or a combination of boards for different ports:

I need :
1- a usb port, not LPT port
2- a board that be able to accept 6 axis Enconders and 6 limit switch with a input for a digital probe.

You are not looking for a breakout board if you are wanting it to be USB. There are several controllers that connect via USB, the SmoothStepper USB and the Kflop are the two I can think of. They are both motion controllers.
There is also the PoKeys 56U which is a 55 I/O device that can accept up to 3 fast encoder inputs but you can connect many PoKeys, or rather will be able to when the plugin Brian is currently working on becomes freely available. That would allow you to have 6 encoder inputs, you can also write these inputs to user DROs so the 3 encoder input limitation of Mach is not a concern.
I am not sure if the pokeys will be able to use a probe input but the others can as far as I am aware.
I dont thnk the SmoothSteppers encoder inputs will be fast enough for high count/high speed encoder inputs but likely would be fine for lower resolution encoders.
I have been testing the Pokeys 56E (Ethernet version) with encoders and have it connected to the output from a servo drive, the motor is 4000rpm max and encoder is 2000line (8000 pulses per rev) so that equates to 533KHz and it has not lost a single count on the multi millions it has received in my testing.
I have not tried it with more than one encoder to date but will be trying in the future as I test the plugin as Brian develops it.
I have also been testing the PoKeys 56U with encoder inputs and it does seem to lose a few counts but not many over the millions it has received. I know they are looking right now to see why that would be and may be cured shortly.

Do you know why the SS won't support THC functions? The THC functions usually come through on a second parallel port, which it seems the SS supports. From there it should be just a matter of mapping inputs and outputs to available pins on the SS.

No I dont know as I dont have plasma so never looked into it. I suspect it will be because Mach communicates with the SS via a plugin so there will be delays. When using the parallel port then the driver will likely handle the THC so it will be very fast.
I suspect Greg may be doing the THC on the SS itself rather than trying to pass to Mach but as said I dont know the details so could be totally wrong. I do know Greg has been busy working on the THC in the last week so hopefully for you Plasma guys it will be here soon.

The THC has to react as fast as possible. SO far only lpt direct has worked well as all other have to much latency to work well. Even IF you brought the THC up/down to a 2nd lpt port the system responce going BACK though the USB bus to drive the Z would be too slow to react properly.
THC has to pretty much run in realtime.
SS thc
HUM 'interesting Ethernet maybe(;-) There is a LOT of noise and stray current and ground loops you must account for(;-)
Would certainly be worth testing
