Troubleshooting video broken?

Is anyone else having trouble with the troubleshooting video? I'm not having any Mach3, I'm just a newbie reading everything I can. All the other videos have played fine, but the troubleshooting video gets to 1:51, stops and won't go any further. I've tried restarting the browser, etc. but no joy yet. Just trying to figure out if it's just me or if anyone else has the same problem.

Using IE8 here and working correctly.
