Woody you will need to create a profile shortcut, if there is not one, other than the loader, then you could copy the loader to some location, say MyDocuments, then right click it and properties. Then in the target window change it to look for the profile you use, you can then paste or drag that shortcut to the startup. The target address will have to be something like this
C:\Mach3\Mach3.exe /p Mach3Mill
Notice the space before and after the /p  it is very important. The last part, Mach3Mill  in the above, will be the name of the profile you are using.
