Hi Brian,

Thank you for the kind words. While I haven't actually checked with an indicator, it seems I get about .010" depth with 2 passes in 6061 aluminum and probably about .005-.006" in engravers brass. The pendulum was a bit more as it's very thin, and easily manipulated as it's hollow, not solid. 2 passes are better as the first pass sometimes gives "hair-like" burrs that seem to be eliminated on the second dry run pass.
