I noticed if that the zaxis is too far away from the home switch it would think it was homed after about 25 secounds. on the dionostics page the M1M2M3M6 leds flash yellow for a split secound about every 25 secound or so.. any thoughts??

You either have bouncing switches with vibration or more likely you are gtting electrical interference (noise) on the switches wiring.
Setting a debounce interval on General Config page may help, try 2000 and work down as low as you can go. The best solution however is to shield the cables correctly.
