OK, I tried the special drivers and it still seems my pulse is too fast. Art mentioned some sort of remedy for this. Anyone willing to help?

My motors are jumpy and some don't move at all. When I plug into a different computer everything works fine. Ports and pins are identical. Any ideas on what's wrong?
-thanks,

If you have done the optimisation steps detailed on the downloads page then you probably only have two options, get another computer or get an external motion device.

Thanks Hood, I went through the whole process and that got the machine working!  Except for the x axis that simply doesn't turn. When i switch back to my original computer, the x axis does work. Any thoughts on what this problem might be?

thanks,
