In General Config, check "Persistent DRO's" in the lower right corner

I have done that but it still doesn't retain the setting.

Do you have optional offset save checked in general config as well? If so you should get a popup when closeing Mach asking if you want to save current offset.

Optional offset save is checked. However, when exiting program values default to X +1.0904, Y-.3159, Z-2666.
It doesn't matter if I say Yes to Fixture Save or No.
Then I have to Reset X,Y,Z back to 0 every time.

If it's not at 0,0,0 when you exit Mach3, it won't be at 0,0,0 when you restart it. If you're zeroing X and Y any time while using MAch3, you're setting a G54 offset, which will be in effect when you restart Mach3.

Sounds like you may want to uncheck all those boxes in the lower right corner?

It was at 0,0,0 when I exited but when I returned it was always different.

Unchecking those boxes retains 0,0,0.

You are correct, thank you.
