I have an ez router CNC plasma system with Mach 3. I load my G code the torch goes to the starting point then just stays there and fires into the metal but does not move. I have tried different g codes thinking it was in the coding, but to no avail. Checked port 1 in the diagnostics and it showing some of the pins green but not all of them. I am unsure if this has something to do with it or not. Would love to get an answer before I have to call EZ router to find the answer. I am a newby at this so bare with me Roll Eyes

Make the call , They are the only ones that know how the machine is configured in order to make a quik diagnostic repair. The rest of us would have to guess.

IS this a new machine or it just started doing this??  SOunds like it is NOT getting the ARC good signal to Mach for it to start the program runnning.

Do you have the ground cable hooked to the material Huh? IF not you may be only getting the pilot arc not teh cutting arc.

Just a thought, (;-) TP
