Mach3 works BUT

I have mach3 latest build running on a cnc mill upgrade - strange thing when mach3 loads for the first time some times the saved offset is correct and the tool table is correct and sometimes they are off a restart and they are fine
when things are wacky, I am missing "new" tools that were setup -

any ideas

You have to make sure to Save before you close Mach3, or click yes when it asks to save with a pop up when you close Mach3.

Yea but if no new tool is added and It was saved it should come back up

I think it may be pulling up a backed up xml file - can those be deleted except for the latest one??
