That's the setting which does not work. I can set any angle, and mach3 is ignoring the corners it should do in a full stop fashion. I use the SmoothStepper. Maybe that's related as the SS introduces a few more restrictions as well...

Instead of using CV settings to do the exact stop on those corners, use G61 for exact stop then G64 after the corner to turn CV back on.
