COULD PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO USE MORE THAN 2 PORTS TO HAVE EXTRA LINES FOR OTHER THINGS JUST SETTING UP SYSTEM.

Only two ports can be used, if you require more I/O then you will need something like a  Pokeys or PLC etc.

Potentially I think a ModBus device could give you 128 Ins and 128 Outs. Obviously that would depend on the device in question. In fact you could get a lot more but again would depend on the device.

Just noticed you actually said ModIO, that is a specific modbus device and wont allow that many I/O as far as I know.
