Ok this has probably been answered a million times ,but here goes.  When opening Mach 3 and scrolling over "File" a list of programs appear,  (Sheetcam,V Carve Pro,Lazycam, etc.)  How does one ADD or REMOVE the programs in this list?     Thanks   Rich

Dont know then probably have to email support and see if they can give you a clue how to do it, may mean editing the registry.

I installed a trial copy of Sheetcam TNG and it created a listing under the file tab.
Once the program was uninstalled the Mach listing went away.
So uninstall the programs like Hood said and their listings should go away.
