i have a problem with mach randomly ramping to a stop in the middle of a gcode file. i cut panels 144x30 with holes and slots cut out. no problems with the holes but when the outside of the panel is cutting, mach will ramp to a stop randomly 4 - 5 times. i have changed the look ahead numbers but did not help. this is on a plasma cutter.cut speed 200 ipm. i tried turning off preview . did not help.

running out of memory? no other apps running besides mach and xp.

When you say Ramping to a stop I am thinking SoftLimits, is there a message saying that you have encountered the softlimits?

Is it running the outside in exact stop mode? Is it starting, stoping, re-starting while executing a single line of code?

g0z.7
g0x0y30.07

m3

g01x144.07 f200
y30 x0
y0
m5

g0z.7
m30

it will come to a stop on panels 72 in length and over. i am baffled. did not do this ever until 3 months ago. it is a foxconn atom board with onboard video. 1 g ram.
