Hi, i'm new in mach 3 ,normally y make the modeling in art cam jewelsmith and then to mill master, now i changed the machine and the controller software  and  when i click the file icon on mach 3 it only shows : load g code, lazycam,  and close file, nothing like DXF import window that  mach 3 mill tutorial shows, i got mach 3 with a cnc machine from uk and  the suplier guaranteed that mach3 is fully functional and fully licensed, am i doing something wrong?

What software did you change from and to?
Did you contact the supplier about the problem?
Can you post your xml file your using.

The video will be of the old way Mach did things, you now use LazyCAM if you wish to convert a DXF to code.
