Mach 2 computer crashes or freeze........

Help, I am an old Mach 2 user..  just downloaded the Mach 2 in a Dell Desktop since my last shop computer hard drive gave up the ghost.  Now my new computer is freezing and acrtually cutting off while using the newly downloaded Mach 2.   I use Corel Draw and Vcarve Pro 5.5 with the Mach 2.  Can anyone tell me WHY is this happening?

Could it be that your new computer has 'on-board' graphics and this is hogging the processor time ??

Try disabling the toolpath display (diagnostics window) and see if this makes any difference.

Unfortunately it's "hit or miss" with laptops and that's why they're not supported by Artsoft.  

Also, have you tried the Optimization tips for setting up Mach 3?
