This line is not simple. pulse per second jumps. from 25,000 to 16,000 and sometimes as many as 4,000 to 15,000 

jumps me all the time pulse per second

Please write me if this is the problem processor. my computer is ibm lenovo T61p

Laptops are notorious for having issues with the driver and that is why Artsoft does not recommend or support their use unless you plan to use an external controller such as the SmoothStepper, DSPMC, Galil etc.

The more stable / consistant the pps and closer to kernel speed is during the driver test the better. Wide swings like you are talking about says that particular pc will problematic. Example, my PC will consistantly be within 10 of the kernal speed and only varies by 1 or 2.

on other computers is the problem ok  but another problem in motor tuning I can not set step pulse to  2 i cen set to 1 , 3 , 5  but nat to 2 and 4 
and also do not know what is the problem

Can yo attach your xml and I will see if I can replicate the problem and maybe find the issue.

I would need the xml that is on the computer you are having issues with to see if there are issues in the setup.

Ok you have sherline mode enabled, that means you can not set the pulse width as it is automatically set in that mode to achieve the widest ulse possible at 25KHz.
