Problem with set up

I have had to reinstall Mach 3 -- upgraded computer and OS, now have XPsp3. Thought I would upgrade to lateset version. Now after setting up a couple of times the  DRO's which are meant to be accurate show no relationship to my table. (CNC router). instead of 48 x 24 x 6 inches they are showing for a machine which is about 3 times larger. Never have had this problem before and see not solution.

Desperat to get back in business. Not a hobby type of guy--just want it to work again.

If you command a move from MDI does it move the correct distance? If not then your steps per unit are likely set wrong.
