I downloaded the plug-in. How do you open it, and use it? I can't seem to see how to turn it on.

Make sure you have it in the plugins folder, start Mach and go to Config menu then Config Plugins and enable. Restart Mach and you should now have a Jog to JCode menu at the top of your screen.
