hi all, I would really like to learn one package and one package only to design and render furniture, and somehow export to Mach3 or cambam, to cut out on a cnc machine. does anybody have any recommendations as to what 3d package you use for a similar or same purpose? any help would be appreciated. what i have in mind is that flat pack furniture you find cnc machines are able to cut out.

regards and thanks

Hi Thys,

Have you looked at free trial download of Vectric Aspire or VCarve Pro  http://www.vectric.com/WebSite/Vectric/products/download_products.htm

They are not really CAD/CAM as I would describe it but they could be good for flat-pak stuff like cabinet fronts etc.
