My port 2 will not read inputs on pins 2 to 9.
The brake out board  checks out OK the pins at the db24 connector go low and high but mock3 diagnostics all leds are on.
Port 2 is checked for inputs.

Then you must not have the correct address?Huh  DID you restat mach after you changed the settings?

See if you can change the port type to ECP or EPP, if you cant and it is SPP then afraid you wont be able to use 2-9 as inputs. I had a few PCI ports like that so what I did was tell Mach the PCI card was port 1 and the motherboards was Port 2, all I then had to do was set up the ports accordingly for axis etc and swap the cables and could then use 2-9 as inputs on the motherboards port.
