Tool Table not displaying correctly

Hello we are using a XP PC and our tool table does not display correctly. It is a full liscensed version of Mach 3 however the purple crosshairs do not follow jog nor does the Z axis move with the pointer. We have another XP pc that has mach and the tool table is completely black (seperate liscense) and another PC that runs a plasma table that works 100% correctly. According to plug ins the video is not editable. How do we fix this?  The table display is so helpful when loading odd material and processing customers plasma parts.

I think the table only displays correctly IF you have homed  the machine. OR you have checked the box to home true without homing.
