Just purchased this and trying to find what inserts this
uses.
Excello R8 Mill Cutter 1.9" 48mm base XLBN-200
Any information would be appreciated.

Take a pic of the seats and post it and likely someone would be able to take a guess, also the measurements of the seat would be good.

Without any measurment references, I believe those are TPG322
