G91 and other problems.

Please I need help on some issues.

I am using the latest versions of MACH3 XX.43.22 and some earlier and noticed the following.
 1. When we work on the G91 there is information that is not possible to stop and return the program REVERSE MODE.OK? Is it possible that someone's day?

 2. When in G91 and STOP program for cleaning up a torch or something and made a command "RUN FRON HERE", the axes will move exactly twice the requested coordinates on the line where we start running. Seems to me that the versions of MACH2 did not.
 Is that correct?
 3. What can I do to my FEED HOLD or PAUSE is faster, ie, immediately stop the axes. I have a long delay until the axle stop.
Attached the gcode I'm working on my Oxycorte.
The deceleration of the axes are between 0.5 sec per axis.

Such cases occur with either the SS or PP.

 With DSPMC the problem is:
MPG mode, Software Limits do not work, leaving the axes collide mechanically. Only in this situation.

If someone can help me ..Thanks

To speed up the feedhold/pause reduce the number of lines in the look ahead setting (gen Config) down to 2 will just a bout stop on demand BUT it may reduce the smoothness of mach with short line segments.

Normally to restart I use  Set Next Line . Normally with flame cutting there is no fancy offsetting involved so run from here does not gain you anything.

Just a thought, (;-) TP

OK Mach does not allow reverse while in G91 mode(inc)

Also the run from here and set next line do not seem to like it either.

Can you create programs that are in G90 - Absolute Positioning? I understand that some are used to working in incremental (G91), but I always found absolute (G90) easier to keep track of where I was in the program and on the part.

I also always used the G90, but my client has a CAM called LANTEK that generates everything G91. It's hard to change his idea to work on G90. Programs incremetal, I think is very dangerous.
Thanks for your reply.
