Understand. Try the script Hood gave you and see how you go.
 
I would do this with just the Ref All Home button ( see standard 1024 screen). The script behind is:
DoButton( 24 )          -Reference z axis
DoButton( 23 )          -Reference Y axis
DoButton( 22 )          -Reference x axis
 
In the Homing/Limits Setup you can define where the switch position is located.  You would insert X=-18, Y=-326 and Z=-18.
You can additionally use individual home buttons for each axis as you will most likely only home Z in most cases. X and Y will usually not loose position.

Just an idea to keep things simple.
