I recently had to reinstall all of my software (sheetCam, Cut 2d, and Mach3) on the computer that runs my EZ-Router CNC.  Now, Mach will not fire the plasma cutter.  I can hit the TORCH button on the main Mach page and the torch will fire "manually", but it will not fire automatically.  The rest of the program runs fine, the torch touches off and follows the pattern of the part to be made, but torchdoes not fire.  The plasma unit is not giving any errors and there are no indications that anything is wrong, other than the torch not firing.  Any ideas?

Yes, the commands are in the code.   ever tried going the the MDI line and inputting the code to directly fire the torch.  Nothing.

Can you please send your Gcode file and your XML to andrewm@machsupport.com

I'll look at both of them and see if I cant find the issue.

Check your M3 macro to make sure the code is there. Also make sure the M3 macro exists in the directory your are using to store the macros.

Sounds like it is missing from the active directory.

Just a thought, (;-) TP

Your Gcode file looks good, opens and runs fine and I don't see any errors in it.

See it TP's suggestion fixes it for you. If not, let me know.
