Hello all. I wrote a Brain that when I press a button, real button not one on the screen, it triggers the tool unclamp OUTPUT and releases the tool from the spindle. It works good, but when I run my automatic tool changer with that Brain on, the M6 macro wont turn the OUTPUT on for the tool unclamp. When I have the Brain off it works fine.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Aero

OK, I guess I need to show you guys what my Brain looks like.

My Tool Unclamp button is on OEMTRIGGER7, so I added that to the brain then added the No-Operation Pass Signal, then I linked it to OUTPUT13, which is my Tool Unclamp OUTPUT.

I have this problem with all my switches that I'm using. I have an air pressure switch and when I link it like the above but to the E-stop, my E-stop quits working. As you can see this kinda sucks Tongue

Any help would be great.

Thanks,

Aero
