Hi guys,
Is this possible to do in Brains or is a PLC the way to go?

4 inputs
4 outputs

If In1 High Out1 = High
If In2 High Out2 = High
If I1n+In2 high Out1 FLASHING and Out2 is Low

I have no idea if this can work of if they're errors in it but I just give it try for fun.

You probably have to do some modifications to that brain.
