Alrighty, my motor controller isn't working with cnc mill, turning or plasma but works fine with Qbasic from the 1980's.

Provide a schematic and manual for the drives of  your controller.
Some old controllers have drives that take commands from an interface program and will
not  or may not work with a modern controlling program.
