Can some one walk me through the spindle set up. I have been using a router and now have a spindle and do not have a clue how to get it to work.

The board is a tb6560, it says it has spindle relays. The board powers my stepper motors nema 23s. My Spindle has no info It is just a DC motor with 2 wires, 7.5 amp. It has a lot of torque,  I can make it go either way with a battery reversing the poles. The only thing I have to go by is that the instructions say that the spindle is pin 9, I know nothing else of what to do. Or even where to put the 9. here is a link to a similar board.  http://cgi.ebay.com/CNC-3-axis-Stepper-motor-Driver-TB6560-INCLUDES-EXTRAS-/290539247321?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item43a57d16d9

The relay is purely to turn spindle on or off. You can use it if you pass your DC feed through its contacts. In Mach you would then go to Config menu then Ports and Pins then Spindle Setup and take the tick out of the Disable Spindle relays box. Set an output number in the boxes for M3/M4 or if you are not already using the default ones just leave them as is.
Next go to the Outputs tab and enter the port and pin number against the Output you chose and make sure you enable it.
When you start the spindle from Mach (button or M3 call) the relay should close and allow your DC voltage to pass through to your spindle.
I have not read the docs so make sure the relay is specified for at least the max voltage and current you will be using on the spindle.

What do you mean pass through? Take the 2 wires from the motor and put them on the relay? or just one like on a switch, and the other to the power, to complete the circuit.

Just the positive like on a switch. You will not be able to reverse the spindle unles the relay is double pole double throw.

Ah sorry I thought the link you put above was for the manual. Do you have a manual? If yes can you attach.

No manual just stuff from the internet about the board.  Problem is that some look the same but the manuals are different.  look for 3 axis tb6560 driver board.  I read you what was written on the circuit board for where the spindle should go.
